Launch of the Kenya National Agriculture Investment Plan (NAIP) Appraisal and Formulation Process in the context of CAADP-Malabo Declaration
The Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP) is launching its second generation of NAIPs across the continent. A group of countries called “PHASE 1 COUNTRIES” will be receiving technical support to:
- Appraise their existing NAIP, and
- Formulate new ones that are Malabo compliant.
Kenya will be launching its NAIP appraisal and formulation process in the context of the CAADP-Malabo Declaration on 7-9 December in Nairobi.
The launch will cover domestication of the new Country CAADP Implementation Guidelines; the preparations for the NAIP Formulation exercise; the review of relevant thematic and discussions and validation of the country roadmap.
