12th CAADP Partnership Platform

The 12th CAADP PP on innovative financing and partnerhips to accelarate CAADP implementation for transformation of agriculture in Africa will centre on the following:

1. Financing for agricultural transformation: analysis of various instruments that will attract increased investment financing to agriculture and strategies to facilitate economic empowerment of  smallholder producers and agripreneurs

2. Renewed partnerships to ensure success in attaining Malabo Commitments for accelerated agricultural growth: identification of local and global trends that impact on CAADP partnerships for improved support, and; evolving CAADP partnerships and coordination that is responsive to country needs

3. Evidence-based reporting and accountability: special attention will be given to the CAADP biennial review cycle, aimed at fostering result-based implementation, evidence-based tracking and measuring of results and impact in the agricultural sector
